This webinar by PTQ Magazine and Axens focuses on âexploring chemical recycling and bio-based plastics production in existing refineriesâ. Before walking us through the different chemical recylcing and bio-based technologies and associated products available on the market, our decarbonization experts Yvon Bernard and Zhou Wang take the example of Europe with a report giving projections on the plastic origins in 2050: 65% of the plastics will come either from mechnical recycling, chemical recycling, plastics from biomass, and Carbon capture and Utilisation-based plastics - all of which are discussed during this presentation.
At Axens, we have different kinds of technologies that can be used with different feedstocks and producing various products: biomass residues, the production of bioaromatics, Power-to-X, renewable oils and fats, and the waste plastics. Learn more in this webinar.
