Madeleine Mitschler is a Doctor in Material Science, working as Technologist in Axens Renewables Group (Process Licensing Business Unit). She is especially involved in Alternative Fuels technologies.
Madeleine started her career in 2007 as PhD student in Material Science at the University of Oslo, where she developed innovative technologies and processes in the catalysis field. During this period, she started a collaboration with the R&D center of the company Haldor Topsoe in order to develop and test the elaborated materials at industrial research scale. After she completed a Post Doc position at Haldor Topsoe, she worked for the company as catalyst and technical assistant engineer in the Chemicals Business Unit. She was hired as Technologist in Axens end of 2014, working in renewable technologies. She is the referent for Axens Fischer-Tropsch related technologies and works in the Vegetable Oil Hydro processing field.
She holds an Engineering Degree in Material Science from “Polytech’Grenoble” and a Master in Nanomaterial Engineering from the Université Joseph Fourier, Grenoble, France.
