# APC for Prime-G+®

## Prime-G+® APC coupled with Unique HDS inferential model ensures additional benefits

Multivariable predictive control on FCC gasoline hydro-desulfurization unit is an unavoidable factor in succeeding in firstclass process optimization. APC accurately maintains diolefins hydrogenation in SHU section, thus protecting HDS catalyst. APC stabilizes Splitter column, manipulating key operating variables for fine control of sulphur content in side draw product without giveaway, while minimizing reboiling energy consumption.

APC fine controls sulphur content in HDS product while minimizing olefin saturation, resulting in greater product octane, less hydrogen consumption and protecting from catalyst early aging.
