The Rectangular Scallops internals (Hiperia™ RS) are designed for easy installation without major modifications to the operating unit. They are made of individual scallops; the modular design makes maintenance easier and faster, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Rectangular Scallops are mechanically stronger than D-shaped scallops or outer baskets. The design allows for higher flow capacity and more effective use of catalyst. It creates a uniform thickness annulus for predictable process flow and pressure drop, with no dead zones.
