Homogeneous Dense Loading for Catalysts & Adsorbents

_thumb_Axens_CB_Catapac

For both catalytic and adsorption processes, dense loading increases bed performance significantly if done properly; i.e., gently and homogeneously. When customers need high product purity or removal of compounds down to ppm levels, homogeneous distribution of all vessel components – catalysts, adsorbents and fluids – becomes all-important.

Poor distribution acts like a reactant that bypasses a bed; even a fraction of a per cent has disastrous effects for systems operated under tight conditions.
